ADNOC announced today the acquisition of a 11.7% stake in Phase 1 (Trains 1-3) of NextDecade Corporation’s (NextDecade) (Nasdaq: NEXT) Rio Grande LNG (RGLNG), a leading liquefied natural gas (LNG) export project located in Texas, United States (US), which is expected to produce a less carbon-intensive LNG. Additionally, ADNOC and NextDecade announced that they have entered into a 20-year LNG offtake agreement from RGLNG Train 4.

ADNOC, G42 and Presight AI Holding PLC (‘Presight’), an ADX publicly listed company, today announced a new shareholding structure for AIQ. Under the agreement, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data Analytics leader Presight will acquire a 51% stake in AIQ with ADNOC retaining a 49% shareholding (previously G42 40%, ADNOC 60%). Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) PJSC (ADNOC) announced today that it intends to settle, via a cash payment, its US Dollar-denominated senior unsecured bonds (Exchangeable Bonds) in Abu Dhabi National Oil Company for Distribution PJSC (ADNOC Distribution), which bear a coupon of 0.70%, upon maturity on June 4, 2024.
