Our operations take place on Das Island, an oil and gas operations hub that plays a major role in ADNOC’s operations. Our liquefaction, dehydration, and compression plants have the capacity to produce around eight million tons of LNG, LPG, paraffinic naphtha, and sulphur.
ADNOC LNG works in close partnership with other ADNOC Group companies, including ADNOC Offshore, which supplies natural gas from its offshore fields. The gas is initially processed in our Das Island plants before being transported via subsea pipeline to an ADNOC Gas Processing plant at Habshan to be separated into sales gas and natural gas liquids (NGL). We utilise the ADNOC Gas Processing pipeline network to distribute the sales gas to the national grid, and the NGL is sent to ADNOC’s Ruwais plant for fractionation to produce ethane, propane, butane and paraffinic naphtha.
Our products are exported from Das Island and Ruwais by ADNOC Logistics and Services.
