Our recruitment process
When you apply for a vacancy at ADNOC, you will go through a recruitment process. The recruitment department will be on hand to help you at every step of your journey.
Initial review: Once your application is received through our online portal, your application will be reviewed by our recruitment team to assess your capabilities in line with the job requirements.
Phone interview: Should your application be successful, you will receive an introductory call from our recruitment department who will discuss what the role involves.
On-site interview: You will be invited for a formal interview at our premises. Depending on the role you have applied for, you may be required to complete a series of assessments.
Onboarding: Once you have successfully completed the interview and assessment stage and have been selected for the position, you will receive an offer letter and will begin the onboarding process.
