FAQs

Why do suppliers need to register?

In order to participate in ADNOC Sourcing events (e.g. to respond to ADNOC’s requirements), all suppliers shall first register and prequalify through the Ariba system.

Official ADNOC status updates and notifications will be sent to the primary contact / official registered email used at the time of registration. Suppliers are able to update their primary contact person and other designated users roles via SAP ARIBA network.

A system-generated email will be sent upon successful pre-qualification with details, including ADNOC Unified ID and Work/Product Groups.

Please ensure that your profile in ARIBA sections 4, 5 & 6 is fully updated. (Refer to the supplier registration & prequalification guide.)

Please contact the ADNOC Suppliers Support Center at 8004455 or email suppliermanagement@adnoc.ae

If you are registered and prequalified with ADNOC, you will receive a system-automated notification requesting you to update your company's profile. This is to ensure ADNOC has the most up-to-date information for your company.

ADNOC will review the supplier licenses registered with the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Department of Economic Development on a regular basis. Suppliers are expected to update their license prior to expiry. If a supplier does not have a valid license, ADNOC cannot do business with the supplier.

Upon successful registration and prequalification, you will be considered as a potential supplier. However, ADNOC retains sole discretion in the selection of bidders for a tender and award based on our internal procedures and approvals. ADNOC may request further tender-specific information and the outcome of tender specific short qualification will take precedence over pre-qualification.
