We will restructure established business processes where necessary, enhance the provision of services, and ensure customers receive the Natural Gas solutions they need exclusively through ADNOC City Gas. This includes managing all customer journeys end-to-end, improving the supply chain, and assuming responsibility for customer needs, Natural Gas sales, and the Natural Gas network.
