Enabling a New Chemicals Ecosystem
TA’ZIZ is the cornerstone of ADNOC’s strategy to create a world-scale chemicals ecosystem in the UAE. By leveraging local feedstocks, TA’ZIZ is driving domestic industrial growth, promoting economic diversification and unlocking fully domestic value chains, all with a reduced carbon footprint.

Strategic Location: With its strategic location in the heart of the Ruwais Industrial Complex, TA’ZIZ is perfectly positioned to serve local, regional and global markets, advancing ADNOC’s vision of a fully integrated chemicals value chain.
New Chemical Products: TA’ZIZ will develop a range of chemical products, many of which will be manufactured in the UAE for the first time. These include low-carbon ammonia, methanol, and EDC/PVC/VCM.
Enabling Ecosystem: To fully develop the value chains, TA’ZIZ will establish an enabling ecosystem, including infrastructure, utilities, a marine terminal, storage and pipelines.
Light Industrial Area: TA’ZIZ will develop a 226,000-square-meter Light Industrial Area with purpose-built warehousing and 249 serviced plots.
TA’ZIZ Offering: The TA’ZIZ ecosystem will reduce reliance on imports, create thousands of jobs and boost local production across critical industries such as construction, healthcare and agriculture. TA’ZIZ will enable thousands of products to be fully manufactured in the UAE for the first time.
